Club Policies

At the time of registration, all families are required to sign their acknowledgement of the following club policies:

• the Player Code of Conduct;
• the Parent/Guardian Agreement;
• the Financial Commitment and Refund Policy;
• the Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability; and the
• the Disciplinary Process & Policy.
